It all began in the year of 2010 when I first saw the phenomenal title," A Better way Scholarship". Edwin Soto Saucedo immigrated to the United States with his family when he was two-years old. He was raised by his single-mother in a low income household where he saw his mother work tirelessly to make ends meet.
