The CEK Educational & Cultural Foundation was established in 2011 to provide charitable, cultural, and educational support to worthy organizations and individuals.  Its initial efforts were directed at providing scholarships to deserving high school seniors.  This program was based on financial need, a personal interview, and an assessment of the student's sincerity in achieving his/her goals... more than 40 students have been helped to date.  Many have already graduated from UC-Berkeley,  UCLA, CSUN and a variety of colleges in a broad range of academic studies. These are deserving individuals who might never lived their dreams.

Subsequent programs included funding an award-winning short documentary film and assisting a medical team doing follow-up training in Nicaragua on a widely accepted acupuncture program using magnets in lieu of needles.
